Is it possible to skilfully reorganise a space? Our team at Capponi general contractor likes challenges, therefore we got together to rethink the spaces and found a way by transforming it from the core while keeping its essence.
Firstly, we followed the entire design process to rearrange the rooms in a more practical way and then proceeded with the implementations. The work was expertly supervised by the Designer. Francesca Ravasio.
Despite the technical difficulties of unloading all the rubble, it took just four months to optimise the spaces with dedication, precision, and passion. The result was a completely new home with improved, elegantly set spaces and rooms. Just what the client had envisioned.
A spacious and bright dwelling with a strongly contemporary taste which is cleverly balanced out with a retro hint and captivating contaminations. In just 130 m² our solution entailed the creation of two bright bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room and a large living room with a slide out kitchen.
