The design is by AtelierP Milan, curated by Luca Paccinno and Mattia Pareschi, whereas the realisation was carried out by Capponi general contractor. The new facility, which cost €2 million, covers a total area of over 1200 m² and is dedicated exclusively to haircare and alopecia treatment and employs no less than 100 professionals including doctors and nurses. The facility consists of 14 rooms intended for micro-transplantations, equipped with the latest high-tech tools provided by Insparya.

Three more rooms are designated for specific treatments such as mesotherapy, Prp and low level laser therapy - developed by NASA engineers. Cristiano Ronaldo himself defined it as “a unique and innovative project that shares my own philosophy based on dedication, determination, ambition and self-improvement”.

The ground floor is divided into two levels. A reception area, characterised by the prestigious Austrian parquet flooring which embraces the walls and ceiling, turns this space into a warm -one of a kind- waiting room. The projecting wall covered in marble and embellished with a property sign leaves any customer in awe. The first floor offers several operating spaces such as offices, treatment rooms, surgery rooms, studies and so on.

On the mezzanine level, there is a private area with two executive offices meant for receiving the more exclusive clients. Each surgery room in this section has its own bathroom and changing room. At the entrance to the first floor there is a waiting room, followed by five treatment rooms which overlook a glazed corridor of great visual and emotional impact as it is made with converging walls. The light colours of the walls and the earth tones of the technical and architectural elements are so beautifully balanced out as to create a bright, functional and welcoming environment.

The administrative area is organised with a series of offices separated by glass walls that allow an overall view of the space and encourage collaboration. The meeting room is embellished by a gorgeous double-height glass wall alternated by white metal beams. Egoluce pendant lamps seem to float mid-air.

The corridor of the outpatient clinics is a contrast of colours: one side offers the basic palette of the entire project, while soft earth tones enhance the other. The corridor is divided into a series of sloping entrances to the operating rooms which are marked by illuminated numbers. Every single surgery room is fully equipped to ensure the best outcome of the utmost delicate operation procedure.
